The Faith In God Church does not ask for, or require, dues, fees or tithes. We believe faith is free and should remain so.
There are times that our services may require aninvestment on your part. To keep with the credo that we require no financial obligations to become
a member of our congregation, we have provided you with the links to the two visual presentations that we have determined as the correct vehicles supporting
the belief in God and Christ. There are various prices, and if possible you may also see if your local library rents the presentations as well.
We recommend that you purchasethese works to own. We are positive that you will enjoy them over and over again.
Instruction
The Faith In God Church requires instruction to the degree where it helps you obtain a deeper understanding of faith in God and the fundamentals that support it. The first steps is to review, at your own pace, the elements of what we believe as Christians. The two video presentations shown here is what we use as criteria for our examination for confirmation.
The Exodus Decoded
It has been widely debated by the expert scientists, historians and archeologists that the Exodus is an unfounded event. There has been no evidence in each of the mentioned expert areas to prove that the Exodus ever happened, concluding that the event is merely nothing more than a fable.
It has been by pure faith, conversely, that we maintain that the Exodus was a real event in all truth. The Exodus Decoded is the result of more than a decade of effort which includes equitable scientific, historic and archeological investigation that finally provides a plausible alternative to the event being nothing more than a fable. You must know that many scholars have concluded the methods used, and the findings and evidence to be unsound. Take comfort in knowing that as many scholars have embraced the findings of this presentation to be a valid contradiction to dismissing the reality of the Exodus.
The Gospel of John
The Gospels don't entirely harmonize in their accounts. This has fueled debates to their authenticity when comparing the four accounts of Jesus’ life during His ministry. By first understanding that the authors of the Gospels were accounting their experiences directly with Christ, you should take comfort in accepting the differences that may be apparent. What’s more important are the major accounts that agree from four different views.
The Gospel of John is presented, word-for-word and without any deviation from the written Gospel of John, making it the most concise presentation to date.
Jesus of Nazareth is one of the most famous depictions of Christ’s Passion and Miracles; and has successfully merged the four Gospels where it seemed appropriate to strengthen the accounts of Christ. The Gospel of John, verbatim, is the emphasized depiction of Christ’s passion about God the Father including His passion and suffering, and His critical mission glorify God through His actions. You see a very determined Jesus as compared to how He is usually portrayed and is sound in its presentation because of its commitment to maintain its context word-for-word.
In truth, the body is not a building or structure,
but more the hearts and souls of the faithful
that represent the spiritual brick and mortar of
a community that Christ named “His Assembly.”
